Mary Adeagbo

Executive Director

Mary Adeagbo is the Executive Director of NextGen Global Initiatives Inc. and the founder of Caring Sprout Daycare in Saskatoon. She holds a certification in Early Childhood Education from SaskPolytech and is passionate about supporting the growth, development, and well-being of young children. She is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children learn through play, exploration, and creativity. Mary works closely with families and educators to ensure high-quality care and services for children and families.

Samuel Adeagbo

Operations Manager

Samuel Adeagbo is the Operations Manager at NextGen Global Initiatives Inc., where he oversees daily operations and ensures smooth program delivery. He holds a certification in Early Childhood Education from SaskPolytech and is committed to maintaining high standards in childcare services. With strong leadership and coordination experience, Samuel focuses on creating efficient systems, supporting staff, and ensuring a safe, structured environment where children can thrive and families feel supported.
